To simplify experiences on our e-Commerce service and to introduce to everyone an upgraded experience, DFCSG e-Store will be closed with immediate effect. The new DFCSG e-Store, which will be hosted on the Shopee platform will be re-launched at a later date as we prepare and update the store. Due to the upgrade and migration that will be happening behind-the-scenes, we are unable to accept any orders until the new DFCSG e-Store is ready for re-launch. Hence, our Carousell platform will not be taking in or processing any new orders with immediate effect.
We would like to thank our fans for the support over the past few years for our e-Commerce service and we are working hard to improve the service based on the response we received over the past few years. Kindly allow us some time to upgrade the service and progressively re-launch the service. Stay tuned and keep your eyes ready for some cool new goodies that the new DFCSG e-Store will be bringing!
