The release of UNIQLO’s Doraemon Sustainability Mode collection is confirmed to be releasing in Singapore on 1 August 2022 by UNIQLO Singapore. The collection, which contains products made from recycled materials, features an eco bag, shirts for adults and kids, as well as a Doraemon plush. All the products are made from recycled materials as part of UNIQLO’s initiative to Go Green and cut waste! The activities for the release of the upcoming collection is expected to revolve around global sustainability and going green!
According to UNIQLO Singapore’s website, the collection’s products will cost from SGD 14.90 to SGD 29.90. The signature green-coloured Doraemon that was created for UNIQLO’s Doraemon Sustainability Mode initiative is featured in all of the collection’s products. The Doraemon Plush, named Doraemon Sustainability Mode Toy on UNIQLO’s website, is a plush made out of the green-coloured Doraemon, it is definitely something every Doraemon fan must collect. UNIQLO previously also released a specially designed Doraemon plush during their Takashi Murakami X Doraemon collaboration in 2018.
To purchase the new collection, fans can head down to any of UNIQLO Singapore’s stores to make their purchase from 1 August 2022 or can easily make purchase on UNIQLO Singapore’s website! We strongly encourage fans to make their purchase online to avoid long queues at physical stores.
The Doraemon Sustainability Mode collection was launched on 1 July 2022 in Japan. The collection also expanded to various countries like Malaysia since the launch. Furthermore, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan were one of the places where the collection was launched together with Japan on the same day.
