With effect from 21st September 2020, DFCSG e-Store will be made available again on its Shopee platform while its Carousell platform is slated to resume at a later date on 28th September 2020.
With the expansion of available platforms, DFCSG e-Store reopening plan will proceed to Phase Two of the reopening. Under Phase Two, more platforms will be made available and waiting times are expected to resume to normal waiting times. However, to prevent the spread of the disease, DFCSG e-Store will continue to cease the self-pickup option until further notice. Payment methods are also limited to cashless payments only.
There is also an update to the estimated commencement of Phase Three, which have been delayed to Q1 2021 in the latest updates. DFCSG e-Store will continue to monitor the situation and adjust its services accordingly.
