DFCSG’s response to COVID-19 Pandemic
Is Doraemon Fan Club, Singapore’s operations affected by COVID-19?
Yes. Although the club has been practicing tele-commute since founded, some services are still affected. Our e-Commerce service, DFCSG e-Store will offer limited service until further notice. Our Business services are also affected while our Events services are temporarily ceased since 2020 with the exception for collaborative/online events as a result of COVID-19 safe management measures. Kindly refer to the “Service Status” microsite for our latest service status and related updates.
Why is DFCSG taking longer than usual to respond to me on DFCSG e-Store? Why can’t I choose self-pickup and pay by cash?
Under the impact of COVID-19, we are taking longer to respond on DFCSG e-Store, as well as other platforms. We apologise for the inconveniece and will attend to you as soon as possible.
Self-pickup is temporarily ceased and payment options are limited to cashless payments only to reduce the risk of contracting/transmitting the disease in the community. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

When will 2022’s Doraemon The Movie be released?
Due to the delay of the release of 2021’s Doraemon The Movie, there will be no Doraemon The Movie to be released in 2022. The next Doraemon The Movie will be released in 2023.
What is the impact of COVID-19 on Doraemon Fan Club, Singapore? How can I help?
COVID-19’s impact on Doraemon Fan Club, Singapore has been severe and have caused us to cancel many events which were planned to celebrate our 5th Anniversary. Our club is also running on limited fundings which made the impact of COVID-19 on our club even harder. We call for fans to support us by purchasing merchandises from DFCSG e-Store. Fans can also support us by making voluntary contributions to the club’s fundings. Please contact us on WhatsApp for more details on this.

Why are the social media feeds updated at irregular intervals?
Doraemon Fan Club, Singapore has scaled down most of the operations for feed and website updates due to operational constraints. Fans and visitors may visit our Service Status microsite for the latest service updates.
Can I be part of Doraemon Fan Club, Singapore?
If are passionate in Information Technology (e.g. Website development), Entrepreneurship, Business (e.g. Accounting, Marketing), Digital Media (e.g. Creation of images, Photoshop), or even Public Relations (i.e. Handling enquiries), we welcome you as you will be able to gain great experiences and display your skills while volunteering with us! As long as you have the interest to offer your help to the club, do consider joining us!

Why is DFCSG Shopee closed?
DFCSG Shopee is currently closed to make way for an upgraded, improved e-Commerce experience. The new experience will include major changes and shift in focus to greatly improve the e-Commerce experience. After the upgrade, fans and visitors can expect more than just Doraemon on our e-Commerce platform.
Why is DFCSG Shopee reflected as “On Vacation”?
DFCSG Shopee is currently closed to make way for a new upgraded, improved e-Commerce experience. Hence, DFCSG Shopee triggered the “On Vacation” setting to mark the platform as closed and prevent customers from making any new orders.
What is the timespan for delivery and collection of my product(s)?
Self-pickup (currently unavailable) location and time are accomodated to the operational needs of Doraemon Fan Club, Singapore. Depending on stock availability, the waiting time for delivery may vary from 3 to 20 working days.
Can I exchange if my product(s) has / have issues on arrival?
You may apply for an exchange or refund at our Product return form, however, please be informed that only successful requests are granted an exchange or refund. You may also be contacted by us if we require more information.
